Tearing Front Seats

The front seats of my Mercedes Benz AMG Line are tearing, at the exact same spot, in the exact same way without anyone doing anything to them. This shows a really poor quality of the material and or workmanship on this units. I am rather dissappointed by your silent response that you will not be covering this units when it clearly shows that this is a manufacturing fault. I am certain I am not the first customer and will not be the last. I lodged a complaint in October with Mercedes South Africa, only to be ignored. A few weeks later I got a response that they will not be replacing my front seats.

I am really disappointed with Mercedes Benz South Africa. The poor quality of these units is disturbing.
