Still waiting for a reply!

On the 15th Jan '15, I took A class into the service department as the right break tail light fused. After waiting half an he for some one to help me and explaining that I have xenon lighting system. They insisted its ordinary light they can change. After struggling for more that 45mins they eventually realized they were unable to change it and they didn't stock the globe! It was noted that the car needs to be booked in for the day so it can be replaced. They said the globe would b available on the 19 January ! On the 26 January I got a phone call to say they have the globe in so I need to bring my car in, after requesting the need of a courtesy car as my job needs me to move around! So after another week I have heard nothing from them! Now my service light is on, how long is it going to take them to get my car done now and more importantly who and what do I need to be to get a courtesy car? Feel like I spend thousands a month on a car and they can't offer a simple service of a courtesy car which they seem to never have! I have had terrible experience with there shuttle service! Is it just in PE? Really considering changing cars because of pathetic service!
