Sticking a glue on my A 250 Sport

I took my car to Benz Culemborg Cape Town, as the rubber between the door and left fender was catching the door when closing and opening. And the left speaker passage door making a strange sound, the front suspension vibration. Car spend a week, yes they changed parts of suspension as per Mercedes Benz SA, but with my fender, they stick a glue that I immediately noticed and they told me it's an instruction from Mercedes Benz SA, but there was no glue to hold the rubber. I told them I'm not happy. The lady promise to get back to me and she never got back to me. My speakers they told me there is nothing wrong. I even asked her, why this work is not recorded as it should , no answer. I then email Mercedes Benz and they told someone will contact me. 5 days later still no call from the dealer ( the service lady, nor service manager, nor Mercedes Benz. You buy a half a million car and get poor service and then sticks your car with a white glue.
