Sticking a Glue on my A 250 fender

Mercedes Benz Culemborg stick a glue to repair my car. I was not happy and my speakers not repaired as per my request. there was no records for work carried out. Mercedes Benz South Africa promise to get back to me all invein. Mercedes Benz Culemborg never even bother to contact me as promised by the service lady who helped me and promise to call me. There's nothing wrong with the Brand , the problem is people who deliver a poor customer service because theu don't own the business.
