SPARE PARTS NO SHOW

My repair agent has ben waiting for in excess of 4 weeks for a replacement main engine oil seal for my GL 500. The first one that was imported was ordered according to the MB parts list for the vehicle VIN number. It was INCORRECT size. Since then, 4 weeks have passed and NOTHING.
