Skip payments

I emailed MBF and ask them for 2 skip payments on my contract. I send all the documents requested and afterwards recieve confirmation of approval. On the 28/12/2015 they deducted thr payment from my bank account. When i contacted them today thry told me it was a mistake and it was not supposed the be approve.I asked yhem why they did not notify me,but cannot get sny answers from them<br> I do not have aby income for the next two months and with this action they put me in a very bad financial crisis
