Shockingly Bad Service by Mercedes-Benz

Dear Mercedes-Benz SA, 2nd Day in a row receiving extremely poor service from Merc-B. Waited 2,25 hourrs on Friday and 4 hours today for a jump start!?!?!?!? And to Service Manager Jose of Fountains Valley, also still waiting on your conference call with the COC since Friday, 6 Dec!? Decided against MB for my vehicle upgrade, staying with Bmw! Absolutely shocking (non-) service. Shame on you MB
