shocking service sandton !!

Phoned Mercedes-Benz 3x times for service, and not 1 person could assist me !! You would think Merc was 5-star service??? yet more like a circus! The battery is flat and dead, how would you like me to get to Sandton!! Cape Town delivers yet, Johannesburg has a pathetci service!
