Shocking service at the Bryanston branch.

My poor mother recently took her car in for a service (first car in) and somehow was one of last people to leave after she was told her vehicle would be ready in 3-4 hours. The service consultant didn't introduce himself, the person who received the car didn't see the need to greet, and the service manager didn't bother to send feedback about what happened when asked, we had to ask again.

Surely this is not the desired level of service your clients should be accustomed to?? Appalling! Do better!
