Shocking service
Below is my concern that I've addressed to the particular dealership as well as to Mercedes-Benz SA, none of them have been bothered to get back to me with sufficient explanations for their shocking service.

Dear Peter
I recently took my car to your dealership for a service and received a most ********** service. I booked the service through the Mercedes Me app so when I arrived at your premises on the given day my name was not on the list of people booked for a service that day (unbeknown to me your dealership was having problems getting the information from the App, or at least that was what I was told). I seemed to have been the cause of all the problems, as my car now had to be squeezed in and you clearly didn’t cater for that.
One of the consultants asked me if I have any additional requests besides the normal service and I informed him that: 1. There was a ***** stuck in my left front tyre, which I wanted them to attend to. I in fact showed him the *****; 2. My collision sensors keep activating when I’m standing in traffic and I wanted them to check that; 3. The software of the electronic display had to be updated.
When I collected the car the first thing I noticed was that the ***** was still in the wheel. I asked the consultant about it and he shrugged his shoulders and just handed me the invoice for the normal service that was done. He never informed me whether they checked the sensors or updated the software. I was already late to pick up my children at that time so I just rushed off, but I couldn’t see through my rear windscreen and had to stop at a garage for them you wash it. The person who washed my car at your dealership completely smudged the back wind screen and didn’t bother to wipe it off properly.
A couple of days after the service I received a call from your customer care consultant whom I told all of the above, but I haven’t heard anything from your dealership since.
I’m writing this email to you in the hope that you could maybe explain to me how I am expected to be satisfied with this kind of service.
Regards
Mr. Michael Prince
