Complaining to Mercedes Benz south Africa is useless because they are just like they service that you complain about. Friday I had a complain about they service, Sunday my car breaks down on me again same problem that Sandton Mercedes Benz say they fixed, Monday a guy from Mercedes Benz south Africa calls me to find out further about my complaint then he says he will call me back guess what he didn't. Now my car is stuck at east rand Mercedes Benz they don't know when they will get the part for my car ,*********** for such a brand. They haven't even offered a courtesy car since last week I don't know if it's a gender thing or racial think but I just sense some bad vibe. I feel for the sales people who sell this brand with confidence but after sale the service is shocking😧
