Shiraz auto " the Nothing or Nothing "

The service at Shiraz auto is not up with mercedez standards or maby this is the south african standard for mercedez . I ve taken my car to them the prevois year and the service was realy bad . So this time because its the only place close to me i thought of giving them another try . The service was even worse . I took my car thursday morning at 7 and that afternoon i received a call that it would only be complete on friday morning . That friday afternoon i had to phone them to find out what was the delay ... they told me they could reach me and left messages , but there was none on my phone . After they have deliverd my car at 4 pm , it wasn`t even cleaned and there was 3 vaulve caps missing on the tyres they replaced . I hope i never have to take my car back there , ever
