Shame on you Mrecedes Benz -think before you buy one

Mercedes Benz have the most amazing customer DON'T care department , they promise to come back to you they don' even after you call and leave messages for them , they then send you mail in which they have the amazing ability to assess your car without ever see it - such technology - they make factually incorrect statements and then to top it off they send a survey out to you to rate their service and when you give them the truth they ignore -so whats the point of the survey???? Shame on you Mercedes Benz
