Service Qoute ASTRONOMICAL

I sent my Car in for a Service B, being on the 40% sliding scale. I receieved a telephonic qoute for R 20 000 with my portion being R 7000. I DECLI NED the qoute. I was provided a new qoute with a few extras again including labour for \removal of wheels"to check the brake pads. <br> <br> I requested once again a STANDARD QOUTE FOR A SERVICE B. Yumman insisted that the \""removal of 4 wheels was STANDARD \"" in order to check the brake pads!<br> <br> I called MERCEDES BENZ SA who informed there is no STANDARD PACKAGE ON SERVICE B. Thye advised to call another dealership. <br> <br> I called UMHLANGA who informed me that charging for the \""removal of wheels\"" when the brake pads where not changed is not correct. I went back requesting that this be removed. <br> BUT now they insist that the qoute is STANDARD as per MERCEDES BENZ SA.<br> <br> I would urge Mercedes Benz SA to please contact me. This is clearly inconsistent and reeally leaves one with the impression that your dealerships and are not being straight. All I want is a STANDARD B Service Package. """
