Took the company vehicle for repairs, Mercedes B200. Had a 60 point check as we were not sure what was wrong with the vehicle. Costs all in all was R34000.00 service co-ordinator was great, but fell ill while the vehicle was In for repairs. Another co- ordination was allocated he was not very helpful. Never responded to emails. Eventually after speaking to a manager the vehicle was released. It still needs attention, as the starter needs replacing, and we have emailed and never to date received a response.
