Rusted Mercedes Benz x250 4 Matic

Here are the vehicle details: •Mercedes Benz x250d 4matic White •VIN#: WDF***G011637 Also I refer to both case numbers below for the breakdown as well as the replacement request •Breakdown case#: *** •Replacement request case#: *** As per my telephonic conversation with Mercedes Benz customer service (Linda) as well as Lize (sales executive) and Dalene Pretoruis (dealer principal) from Mercedes Benz Menlyn I am hereby informing you of my request to have my Mercedes X250d replaced. Upon delivery on Saturday the 6th of July 2019, I took the vehicle in to have the tyres replaced to a more all-terrain tyre. Once the vehicle was on the ramp I noticed that the tow-bar has got visible rust spots in various places. I immediately notified Mercedes Benz Menlyn about the issue. On Wednesday the 10th of July the engine light came on where I proceeded to take it to Mercedes Benz Umhlanga. The service manager advised me that there is an EGR fault. It is now Friday the 12th of July and the vehicle is still at the workshop. I have had a closer look at this vehicle and have found various other rust spots on the under carriage. The rubbers at the windows are very dusty/dirty as if this car could be very old (not what I expected from a brand new vehicle). Furthermore there is black over spray on the driver side rear quarter sill which seems to be the underbody seal of some sort (please see attached photo as reference.) There is also a dent on right rear bumper (chrome) which is also visible on attached photos. I am not happy with the vehicle purchased and I do not believe that it meets the quality standards of Mercedes Benz. This is a brand new vehicle and I expect it to be flawless. I am now requesting a replacement vehicle of the exact same spec and I would like to handle this matter in the politest way possible without having to go the difficult route. I have owned this vehicle for less than 7 days and the first problem arised on the day of delivery. Please see repair report from Mercedes Benz Umhlanga as well as attached photographs of the issues.
