I place an order with Mercedes-Benz Sandton at the beginning of December 2022 for front brake discs which had to be ordered from Germany. I was advised that the eta was 21 working days. Since I placed the order I have had to continually follow up with the dealership. There has been zero updates from their side. It is now almost 2.5 months later and the excuse now is that that their systems are down and they can't check up on the WIP. Absolutely pathetic!
