Risking Lives driving a car with no air-bags

It had always been my life long dream to own a Mercedes Benz, which I finally purchased brand new in 2010. Subsequent to purchase, I have experienced numerous issues with it - from the replacement of the diff - Exhaust systems and now the most recent been the the head rest , that had split open on 3 occasions, whilst driving. The last of which has occurred today , just 3 days after it been replaced by Merc Sandton. The impact from the head- rest splitting today whilst driving has impacted both the back of my head and neck which requires physiotherapy. The mere fact that I purchased a 'luxury ' Vechile But have been allowed by Merc SA to drive my family around with no air-bags is absolutely disgraceful. Merc constantly advertises that safety is first - of which I can firmly say is utter nonsense. This is not an issue of a wipers needing replacement - this is an issue whereby I endanger my family's life everyday because Mercedes had absolutely no commitment to fixing this issue .
