<p>On Monday the 15th I went to Mercedes-Benz in Port Shepstone hereinafter referred to as Union Motors , they did oil service and installation of Power Steering Pump and pipe. It worked for 3 days and failed. It transpired that they did not flush the system before they installed the new one. My car is now in a serious undrivable condition. I travelled more than 200kms to Union Motors and I paid more than R20 000.00. The service rendered was not value for money. I further paid R1000.00 to fill up petrol to Union Motors and I did not go to work as the result of this poor service. I seriously need an urgent redress on this matter. In 2014 I lost my car when it was taken out for a test drive after it was serviced . Now I encountered this problem from the same brand.</p>
