Refusal of refund

I purchased a Mercedes Bens (C 250 Diesel) at the Umhlanga Mercedes Benz branch for the amount of R 670, 000, 00.00. The deal was struck in a way that i had to trade in my Audi A4 TDI and they have offered a trade in of R 200,000.00 and the balance of R 470, 000.00 was transferred direct to NMI Umhlanga and i then dropped off the proof of payment. The delivery date was supposed to be on the 4th of March since they had to sort out the smash and grab on windows. On the day of the delivery the consultant called me in the morning to notify me that the car has been sold by another consultant and if i needed the similar car (was not the same, it did not have the 2 extras such as the keyless start and tailgate) then i must top with an extra R 14,000.00 since all cars have went up and the new car pricing has kicked in with 6%
I have refused to top up and i have asked for the refund and up until now they are refusing to transfer the funds back and they say it's against their company policy to refund and if the refund has to be done then it will take 10 days to be cleared as this is their company police. Up until now they are still refusing to transfer R 470,000.00 back into my account.
