Refund

Good day <br> <br> I'm waiting for my refund that was debit on the 1 July that was not supposed to be debit. My Mercedes was settle by the 27 June. According to the finance department my settlement was received BUT still my debit order went off. <br> <br> The dealership who settle my Mercedes has send the proof of settlement on the 02 July, and up until today 10 July NOTHING was done and still no refund. <br> <br> Please get my refund back ASAP. This is a bad reflecting on my name that is not my fault!!! You better fix this. <br>
