Recall Fiasco

Mercedes SA recently announced in the media that there is recall on certain models and you should call the call centre or a dealer to arrange for the problem to be fixed. Called the local dealer who confirmed that my vehicle was re-called and advised me not to drive it any further (three weeks ago) I would be contacted by the team to fix the car. NOTHING HAPPENED. I called the call centre, used the online chat and send an emails. NOTHING HAPPENS. It is pathetic and I am not suppose to use the car. Cannot believe that a premium brand is so utterly useless
