****py gearboxes on Mercedes Benz

W169 A180 CDI CVT Gearbox issue I recommended the above vehicle for my mother, however, we have had issues with the Transmission Control Module on multiple occasions. From my personal research, I have discovered that this is a very common issue, not just on the W169 A-class models, but also on the B-class models. I am very disappointed in Mercedes Benz as a brand. I use to own a W140 many years ago, and I really love Mercedes Benz in general, but now I have lost faith in Mercedes Benz. My mother cannot afford to repair her vehicle again, just to have more issues again in the future. My question is now, what is Mercedes Benz's stand on this issue? What are we supposed to do?
