Putting the LEGEND to shame

"The best or nothing" Your brand signature... Ironic as it seems the nothing is something you deliver better than the "BEST" Put parts on back order and got promised that delivery will be in 3 weeks after order date. On arrival I get told " the parts aren't here" with absolutely no explanation as to why even after getting there three and a half weeks later. No apology offered to me, no "let's see if we can address the problem" NOTHING. You put your brand to shame. This will be the LAST time I refer anyone to you or conduct any business with you. Clearly you need to learn what it is to get the BASIC things right
