Re service of a 500S 2 door coupe Been in the garage for 3 weeks waiting for spare part. They waiting for an auxi****y battery. The can’t give a date of arrival nor can they say we’re it’s coming from. A concern like Mercedes can’t tell you those things . Un acceptable. Also the following up with calls only happen when we place a call to them. My reg FN 43 CN GP Just so disappointed.. Here
