What a disappointment Mercedes Benz South Africa! Poor, poor service that you provide to the dealership and to me the client!! For ever it was a dream to become an Mercedes Benz owner! But never before I was treated by any other vehicle company like this! Your staff has got no pride in doing their daily job! No feedback on numerous emails and telephone calls. Your promise to report back in 48 hours does not exist!! No service form the Case Manager or any other Manager!! But it seems that you do not even take the time to answer on Hello Peter or even to solve a problem. Hopefully I can sell the car soonest!!!
