Poor service Mercedes Benz Bedfordview.

Terrible service from Mercedes Benz Bedfordview. You cannot contact the branch as they never answer their phones. Their service advisors are non-existent, and management is in meetings. All I want to do is ask about a windscreen replacement, and no one is available to help me or anwer my questions. Have been up and down for 6 to 8 months on service queries. I cannot explain all my ongoing frustrations. We are a number at Mercedes, not a client. Tried to trade my vehicle in, definitely not a vehicle that holds its value anymore, even if km's are below 100 000. As stated, we are treated as just another number.
