Poor service MBSA

I always heard of MBSA bad service till I experienced it myself. They promise for two weeks to contact me, but nothing yet. Merc dealers are the worst. My wife’s 2015 A220 turbo failed at 75 000km with full up to date Merc service history. Obviously it cannot be worn parts so something must have caused it. Merc Constantia charged R3000 just to say turbo failed. No reason given. They quoted R90 000 for replacement. We did it at another reliable garage for a third of the price - they found impeller got damaged by a foreign object, it now becomes an insurance claim because of accidental damaged. Imagine we had pay R90k to Mercedes….stay away from MBSA. Their products are no longer what it used to be. You pay for a name.
