Poor Service from the dealer

I brought my car in for repair and service this morning, Service Advisor Saleen called me to tell me that it will take them 3 days to diagnosed the car problem (Why didn't I take it to Mercedes Benz then?) and then let me know how long it will take to repair the problem, Which means over a week I won't have a car :( I'm so angry.
