POOR SERVICE FROM MERCEDES BENZ SOUTH AFRICA

I have purchased a MERCEDEZ BENZ in November 2019 and within one month the engine shut off and the vehicle was towed to Mercedez Benz Umhlanga, Durban where I purchased the vehicle.I requested a replacement of the vehicle and the dealership refused .Subsequently within 4 months I had another break down where the vehicle shut down and again in 2021 the engine failed and shut down.This is totally unacceptable as there vehicles are expensive but there is shoddy workmanship on these vehicles.I would like to discourage and caution consumers from purchasing these vehicles as after services is also terrible as they also refused to issue me with a courtesy vehicle.
