Poor service from mercedes benz durban-old fort road

<p>My car went in for repairs,It took an entire week for a minor problem to be rectified.I was due to be picked up by their shuttle service at 12h00.Time was arranged by judith service advisor who informed me this was diarised in the book.Portia calls me at 12h00 to say shuttle service as not been sent because 12h00 means they only leave the dealership at 12h00 .When i ask to speak to a manager she puts the phone down on me.I was picked up 45mins later.Dimba the driver was excellent and so was judith the service advisor.Portia walked out before i got the chance to enquire why the call was cut.No apologies.Absolutely no after sales service.They were not even busy as i was the only person there</p>
