Poor service disgusting

<p>My car was booked for service today, I arrived there 6:15am to drop it off and they said the driver will be in after 6:30 to take me to come. Anywa i waited for the driver amd he obly arrived at 7:15. While was sitting there Another lady who came for 7:30 appointment walked in and they are they all discussing her hair. While I was already late for work. When I told them I cant wait for the driver I will use public transport they insisted I wait. Samething happens last week, mybservise advisor Muneeb Davis and the receptionist had all the time to waste over nothing. Am disgust with this service. They look down on other people. Nortcliff uses colour. Colour has come and gone. The money that I pay them is the same as that other woman's money. </p>
