Poor service at Umhlanga Mercedes benz

Can someone look at the unprofessional, useless and nonsense that we get when we bring our vehicles at Mercedes Benz at Umhlanga. Their service is so pathetic. If they cannot handle any work to be carried out, they must just close the branch and be counted amongst those who have been retrenched.
