Poor service and *****

I requested road assist Saturday and ask do you charge you they say no, I will only pay for the tire and they would transport the car to my nearest Mercedes branch. After that I am told they can’t find the tire I must buy it and transport it to polokwane which is additional cost. To that I now have to pay them for the touting of the car. The service I am getting from pokwane is just for a black person. Next thing I am ask to sign a form that had R must no amount written for a job card ( in this day an time who signs blank check). When I refuse the language and treatment change. Asking me what must they do, after I inform them that I have the tire with me in Pretoria.
