Poor Service

I am driving a Mercedes-Benz GLC250. On the 22nd of November 2022, I booked my vehicle in Century City CPT because the air-conditioner was not cooling. I was told that the compressor needed to be replaced. The compressor was then ordered and arrived, however, the sealant that was supposed to come with it, is stuck on transit. I've been making follow ups for more than 3 weeks to date no success. Logged Case No. ***9. This brand looks glamorous from the distance.
