poor Service

<p>My 2013 Mercedes Benz 180C went in for a service on 26 September 2016 at Cargo Motors Klerksdorp. I was informed that there was a recall on the water pump. As the water pump was leaking I was inforned to leave my car at the dealer as they do not have a water pump in stock. After numerous promises of arrival dates of the part it has still not arrived - two and a half weeks later.</p> <p>Is it possible the for MBSA to not have parts on a recall???? Poor Poor service.</p>
