Poor Service

<p>It saddens me to write this but keeping quiet would mean I accept the type of service I received at this dealership. My car only goes the that branch whenever it needs service or if something is wrong with it, all the other times I've had no complaints as the service I was given was great, from leaving my car there in the morning and them doing their usual checks on the cars body work and a check list on what is in the car and till I collect the car with the service advisor accompanying me to the car etc, all the way to the communication throughout the entire process. However my recent experience was a nightmare from start to finish there was absolutely nothing pleasant about it, from being told that certain things (link Rods) would be done on my car to upon arrival of picking up my car to only being told that it was not done at that very moment. It felt as though I was dealing with a back door mechanic who was doing me a favour and not a company that prides themselves of a 10 out 10 service. I literally had to make a noise to one of the managers in order for me to get my car back. even the after service phone call agent to rate their service seem to be no different as I asked one of the agent to call back so I can tell her what an awful experience I had, till now im waiting for that call. Best believe I will not be going back to that ser vice centre for anything. I just hope the other branches are nothing compared to M2 city, only time will tell.</p>
