Poor service

I had a breakdown on R40 on my way to Phalaborwa, I then called the call centre at 8h21 pm of which I was advised the tow truck is on its way I must give them 45 minutes. At 21h55 I gave them a call again and I mangled to get connected to the guy attending to the matter gave him direction and eventually he arrived at 22h55. I was with my family on y way to the funeral about 5 of us my Mercedes Benz A200 CDI, the courtesy car was arranged of which I was fetch it at Tzaneen hence the car was towed to Mercurius Tzaneen. I only arrived at Tzaneen at 1h45 am and found that the car arranged is too small it cannot carry the whole passengers I had in my car.<br> <br> I then called the call centre to advise regarding my situation and was advised by the guy I spoke to that I mustn't accept the car but I will only be assisted in the morning. In the morning at about 7h45 am I called in spoke Natasha explained my situation for about 20 minutes on the line she then transferred the call to Ruby whom she referred to as her manager she told me hence I denied the car she won't give me any car as is the procedure, I tried to explain that I was advised by the centre not to take the car after 15 minutes tryin
