Poor service

On the 11th of February 2018 driving c200 cdi from Secunda to Durban for the boat cruise ,the error message with the engine light and low washer for wipers pop up on the dash board and I phoned the road side assistance and they advice me to take the car to the nearest Mercedes and I took it to Mercedes old fort road on Monday the 12 February 2018 and when I came back on Friday on the 16th February 2018, my car was not looked at to figure out what was wrong with it and I had to speak to the dealer principal then my car was checked or diagnosed and worked on it but only the engine light and low washer for wipers was not done and on my way back to secunda at the fuel station I notice that the air filter pipes were missing and I phoned Mercedes old fort to report this and they advice me to take it to the Mercedes secunda and I did so and they confirm that the air filter pipes were missing and Mercedes secunda tried to fix the low washer for wipers but now the error message for wipers is gone but the car is leaking water and I still driving a car without air filter pipes,
