Poor service

So on the 14th of Feb my sister Nolwazi Baleni took her car to Giorgio panel beaters in Margate for repairs and up to date she haven't get her car back and when we doing a follow-up we are told that Mercedes benz eMpangeni keep on telling the panel beater that they are still waiting for some parts from Germany. The insurance gave her courtesy car for 30days and she was told that since Mercedes is delaying they must arrange courtesy car for her in the interim until her car is fixed. She made a follow-up with panel beating company and they told her that Mercedes benz does not give them a tangible response when they are asking about the expected date of delivery of the parts from Germany. My sister further contacted Mercedes benz eMpangeni for follow-up and and the expected date of delivery of the parts and they told her that they do not know and they showed no interest in their response. Now Nolwazi Baleni is stranded with no car to do her day to day work and she is stuck in one place because Mercedes Benz is refusing to give her courtesy car until they fix the car or rather say until the ordered parts arrive in SA.
