Poor quality tyres

In July 2024 I purchased 4 brand new tyres at Mercedes Benz Sinoville and they fitted them,within couple of weeks it was alerting me about the tyre pressure. I went back to the dealership to inform them about the problem and they cleared the notification. The following day while driving on a highway, the tyre burst. I went back to them to lay a complain that I've raised the complaint couple of times about my suspicion of poor quality tyres. The manager tried to convince me that I drove into a sharp object on the road. He saw the 2 cuts, one on the side and the other underneath the tyre. I bought a new tyre to replace the one that was damaged and after the inspection we found break pad inside the tyre. I almost died when getting a puncture and still Mercedes Benz is refusing to take accountability of their poor service
