Poor quality product

Purchased a C Class from brand new (in 2016), car is 2 years old and the dashboard makes a funny noise. Mercedes Benz Dealerships in Pretoria have attempted to rectify the rattle but with no success. I think for your premium product one should not be getting these types of issues. Furthermore your window and boot rubbers are of a low quality, it is becoming brittle. If you Mercedes SA are going to charge high prices for your vehicles, please use high quality materials in your vehicles. I also think that the C Class being manufactured in SA, the quality of the build is sacrificed hence all the issues experienced.
