Poor Mercedes W205 C Class suspension and customer relations

I purchased a Mercedes 2014 C250 Avantegarde W205 from Orbit Motors in Century City, Cape Town. Over the last fifteen years I received excellent customer service from Mercedes Benz dealers. But this changed after buying this vehicle. After taking a trip along the Garden Route, I experienced a steering problem when going over certain undulating road surfaces. The vehicle tend to loose grip with the road and need to be rectified which caused great concern of safety. After a test and a visual inspection with Orbit Century City, and numerous correspondence with Mercedes Benz SA (MBSA), I was informed that this is a characteristic of the latest W205 model. I escalated it to the Ombudsman who simply agreed with the dealer without any further acknowledgement of my concern regarding safety. All test reviews of this vehicle in the media and magazines fail to mention this problem and Mercedes Benz claims that "the new suspension is a comfortable ride whatever the road service". Therefore, it is logical that my vehicle do have a problem. MBSA fail to do a proper test on my request with the relevant test equipment to satisfy me that the vehicle is according to specification. If the vehicle is according to specification with this problem, then their claim regarding the suspension is untrue. This is my fourth generation of the C Class and the W205 is the only vehicle with this experience. All contacts to MBSA have been met with arrogance and refusal to investigate further. I have always been a great believer in Mercedes Benz and still am and will continue to highlight this issue until a suitable response is received.
