POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very poor service received from Mercedes Benz Bryanston, sold a car to them as part of a deal to purchase a used vehicle and it's been a hassle to get the money for the car I sold to them. I handed over my car to them on the 19th of October and am still waiting for my money to this day almost three weeks later. One has to phone after them, there's no follow up no customer liaising, nothing. Very poor service from such a reputable brand. I'm very disappointed.
