Poor customer service.

I bought a Mercedes Sprinter brand new in 2015. There was an aircon issue right from the start which they couldn't solve. Mercedes commercial Montuque Gardens Cape Town. They bypass the high pressure switch of the aircon and a few months later I had compressor pump failure . Mercedes **** me pay R7000 for repairs because the aircon system is only a 1 year guarantee. Still the aircon didn't cool properly. I eventually took my sprinter to a different aircon company to have a thorough check. The result was that the aircon system is completely built wrong. The roof was not insulated. The blowers channel was not insulated and cordenoff. It was cooling the bus inside the ceiling and not in the bus. They eventually fixed the problem after 18 months. I lost so much business and money. Still today they never compensated anything . The problems was there from day one and they still claim the aircon system was out of guarantee. Won't deal with them again
