Poor customer experience - both Head Office and New Vaal dealership

Terrible customer service. They are poor at after sales customer service. Empty promises to look Into why the NEW VAAL dealer says they sold me a car with run flats when the car did not have run flats. A very disappointing experience from what is meant to be a premium brand
