Poor Customer Care and problem solving - Constantia (Roodepoort)and Mercedes SA

My 2023 C200 has a radio icon problem, after several visits to Mercedes Benz - Constantia - Roodepoort; the problem was not resolved. I escalated the matter to Mercedes Benz SA - Ref ***8; I have to keep calling, no resolution for this problem.
