Poor customer care

I bought a car from Mercedes Benz Menlyn dealership and took delivery of the car on 22/08/2018. To date I'm driving an unregistered car despite numerous efforts to communicate with the sales person and his manager. This has created a safety risk for me. Call it poor customer care!
