Plastic car seats

No feedback or any form of communication. Called to follow up but I rather put on hold for the duration of the day. The customer service is beyond pathetic. Been logging complaints about the plastic car seats and door rubbers for over a year but to no avail! Mercedes is truly not the dealership you want to buy a car from, their standards and services dropped so bad that I will settle for a TATA.
