Pathetic Service 😡

Hi My name is Mathapelo Mphuthi.

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart filled with disappointment from this branch.

I bought a Mercedes GLA in 2021 your branch in Inyanga Richardsbay and there was no spare key for the car however the salesperson at that time promised to make arrangements for me to get the keys and to date I haven't received my keys.

I have written numerous emails and WhatsApp to the manager Mauritz Luus and he keeps on making empty promises and nothing has been done to date.

I need to be compansated for ne to get myself the spare keys as it it obvious that I won't get any help from the Manager. The deal is now completed and He doesn't care.

I hope this review will reach a someone who is considerate to assist with this matter.
